The cellar
Our wine list holds around fifty references, almost all from the Luberon, the Ventoux and the southern Côtes du Rhône. Most are farmed organically or biodynamically, by growers we visit every year.
A wine pairing is offered with the evening menus, by the glass, served course by course. We also offer an alcohol-free pairing built around cold infusions and house-pressed juices.
At lunchtime, everything is ordered à la carte — no set menu. Allergen information is available on request. Tell us about an allergy or a particular diet when booking and the kitchen will adapt. Prices are net, service included.
